The number of automobiles in Henan Province has experienced rapid and sustained growth. In the context of a substantial and expanding vehicle population, the service efficiency and quality provided by the automotive aftermarket remain notably inadequate. This paper primarily examines the future development model of the automotive market in Henan, with a systematic discussion of operational management and standardized regulatory frameworks. Based on this analysis, the study offers recommendations and strategic references for the future reform of vehicle sales and after‑sales service systems.
