Abstract

Against the backdrop of the continuous advancement of China’s market economy system, the internal personnel management framework of public institutions has undergone significant transformation. In this context, labor wage statistics constitute a fundamental component of the personnel management system within public institutions, the quality of which exerts a direct and substantial influence on overall organizational efficiency. Accordingly, this study conducts an in-depth analysis of the current state and reform strategies related to labor wage statistics in public institutions, aiming to provide practical insights for the improvement of relevant practices. Meanwhile, amid the ongoing integration of economic and cultural systems, the scope of the martial arts cultural industry has expanded considerably. The inter-sectoral linkages and quality determinants within this industry are increasingly shaped by the external ecosystem, evolving in tandem with industrial transformations. This external ecosystem encompasses the flows of talent, knowledge, capital, information, and material resources, and can be conceptualized across four interconnected levels. Chief among these is the talent system, which serves as a critical factor underpinning the sustainable development of the martial arts cultural industry.
