Shi Guangnan's utilization of ethnic musical materials has reached a level of mastery. In his musical creations, the shadow of ethnic music can be captured everywhere, whether it is the melodious tunes of Han music or the unique style of ethnic minority songs; whether it is the gentle and delicate charm of Jiangnan or the passionate and unrestrained rhythm of Xinjiang, all fully demonstrate Shi Guangnan's remarkable ability in exploring and integrating ethnic music. This is also one of the important reasons why Shi Guangnan's artistic works are still widely celebrated in contemporary times.
