Abstract

This paper analyzes the population changes and the development of the real estate market in Zibo City, Shandong Province, through the seventh national population census, studies the impact of the changes in the number and structure of the permanent population on the real estate market, and puts forward suggestions on how to promote the coordinated development of the real estate market and population.
