Under the Berenice Piana Law (No. 12,764/2012), this applied, qualitative study examines the educational accessibility for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Brazil, focusing on enrollment, retention, and instructional quality. Through a literature review and empirical data from educators and families, the analysis reveals that while the legislation has advanced societal awareness and policy responses, persistent deficits in resources and teacher training continue to hinder full inclusion. Effective integration ultimately demands sustained institutional commitment to individualized support.
