TTaking a cross-border financial service case in which a branch of city commercial bank served British client James as the research object, this paper systematically analyzes core contradictions including cognitive biases in professional terminology, conflicts between compliance statements and client demands, as well as opposites in communication logic and context by integrating Edward T. Hall’s High-Low Context Theory (Hall, 1976), Hofstede’s Cultural Dimensions Theory (Hofstede, 1980) and Nida’s Functional Equivalence Translation Theory (Nida, 1969). It further proposes targeted solutions such as cultural analogical translation, compliance-based factual evidence presentation, low-context logic adaptation and cultural background annotation. The study reveals that cross-cultural communication in cross-border financial services goes far beyond simple language conversion; it is a triple adaptation process covering professional compliance, cultural cognitive logic and target audience demands. This research provides practical references for financial institutions to formulate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for serving foreign clients and implement cross-cultural communication theories into industrial practice. Keywords: wireless sensor networks, intelligent workshop products, moving target tracking, untraced Kalman filter.
