Against the backdrop of the digital intelligence era, this paper explores the construction of an evaluation system for ideological and political education in foreign language courses. Firstly, starting from the new requirements for ideological and political education in foreign language courses in the digital intelligence era, the importance of constructing an evaluation system is elaborated. Secondly, the specific construction process of a digitally intelligent - empowered evaluation system for ideological and political education in foreign language courses is discussed in detail, including the determination of evaluation indicators and the selection of evaluation methods. Then, through the design and implementation of empirical research, the constructed evaluation system is validated, and the results of the empirical study are analyzed. Finally, the experiences and insights gained from constructing the digitally intelligent-empowered evaluation system for ideological and political education in foreign language courses are summarized, providing a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the improvement and development of the ideological and political evaluation system in foreign language courses in China.
