As one of the first batch of tertiary Grade A general hospitals, Nanjing First Hospital, based on the public welfare of public hospitals, has integrated its medical service technology advantages into the rejuvenation of the great cause of building a strong country, and has achieved a series of significant results. The article analyzes and condenses the measures taken by hospitals to build a multi-dimensional party building co-construction platform, and summarizes the work practices of “party member groups” in remote areas to continuously generate blood, “order by people” to continuously sink high-quality resources, and “party-masses pairing up” to provide continuous combination and assistance. This provides a reference path for hospitals to drive high-quality development with high-quality party building in the future.
