The purpose of this study is to explore the human resource management and leadership development of enterprises, and analyze the key issues of human resource development of enterprises. The article will learn about all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, training, performance management and employee relations, as well as the importance of leadership development. This study emphasizes the role of leadership in human resource management and the impact of human resource management on leadership. In addition, the article also discusses the challenges faced in the development of enterprises, and provides solutions and suggestions. This study aims to help companies better meet the challenges in human resource management and leadership development to achieve business success.
